Key Responsibilities at Datadog

Qualifications & Requirements

• Engineering Leadership: 1+ years managing teams of 5+ engineers with proven track record shipping impactful products.
• LLM Expertise: Knowledgeable in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and agents for production systems.
• Development Skills: Comfortable with backend/full-stack in cloud-based SaaS environments.
• Collaboration: Strong communication to align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
• Team Building: Passionate about culture as much as technical systems.
