This hybrid role offers the perfect balance: ~50% people management leading 5-6 fullstack engineers, and 50% hands-on coding with Python, Go, React, and Kubernetes. Work closely with Cloud SIEM product teams, Product Managers, and Designers to drive technical direction and product success. Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Lead, grow, and manage the fullstack Cloud SIEM Security Data Enrichment team of 5-6 engineers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Cloud SIEM teams, Product Management, and Product Design
• Balance management duties with hands-on technical contributions using Python, Go, React, Kubernetes
• Ensure team adherence to Datadog's engineering standards, processes, and best practices
• Lead code reviews, design reviews, and technical decision-making for high-quality delivery
• Monitor technology trends and integrate innovative solutions into Cloud SIEM
• Drive initiative delivery while actively supporting team member professional growth
• Partner with stakeholders to define technical roadmap and product priorities
• Scale log processing and data enrichment systems for enterprise cloud security needs

Salary & Benefits
