Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Manage and guide the RUM Applied AI team, directly managing 3 engineers and an intern.
• Work closely with product teams across Datadog to ensure Error Tracking and RUM deliver superior AI-enhanced experiences.
• Create a strong team culture aligned with Datadog's engineering standards and customer-centric focus.
• Participate hands-on in code reviews, design reviews, and contribute to coding as needed.
• Lead Error Tracking innovations, including grouping similar errors into common entities.
• Develop workflows to surface the right errors to customers for faster resolution.
• Design and spearhead first AI initiatives for RUM frontend monitoring optimizations.
• Shape the product roadmap, raising the bar for AI development in observability.
• Collaborate on high-impact projects that empower developers to focus on value delivery.

• 1+ years leading AI engineering or Data Science teams as a people manager.
