As the technical leader of this growing group, you'll partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver our strategy around Datadog Onboarding, Fleet Automation, Remote Management, and Remote Configuration. Key Responsibilities at Datadog
- Own end-to-end vision and delivery for the Agent Customer Experience platform, from strategy to execution
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to build product-first solutions
- Coach and mentor engineering managers and senior engineers, building high-performing teams
- Engage directly with customers to understand pain points and translate them into product roadmaps
- Lead technical architecture for fleet automation, remote configuration, and onboarding workflows
- Drive platform expansion to new environments, platforms, and enterprise use cases
- Champion reliability and scalability for systems serving millions of Datadog Agents globally

- Deep expertise in observability, monitoring, and agent-based platforms
- Strong customer-facing experience gathering requirements and driving product improvements
