Leverage ASAP methodology while incorporating agile ceremonies like daily standups and iterative reviews. Oversee WRICEF/FRICEW object inventories, guiding functional to technical specs, builds, TUT, and FUT. Coordinate data conversion and integration across SAP and legacy systems, ensuring compliance with audit standards. Manage budgets with precise forecasting, variance analysis, and cost controls using tools like MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, and PPM platforms.
Build and lead project teams tailored to program scope, providing coaching to junior and mid-level PMs on SAP delivery, financials, and stakeholder engagement. Promote PMO standards for repeatable execution, fostering collaboration, risk management, and accountability across cross-functional groups. Supervise professional staff, develop policies, and resolve operational issues with short-term impact on processes and customers.
Ideal candidates bring 8-12 years of progressive experience in IT project/program management, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent expertise. Required: Deep knowledge of ASAP methodology. Preferred: Hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or PPM tools; managing large multi-year budgets; leading and training teams; strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
