Key Responsibilities

As Manager Manufacturing, your core duties include:

• Applying process and equipment knowledge to set challenging standards and develop the Annual Operating Plan for the Manufacturing Department.
• Achieving performance metrics in safety, line utilization, efficiencies, and quality while tracking KPIs and correcting cost trends.
• Leading production planning by reviewing volume projections, demand compliance, raw material availability, and SAP updates for seamless execution.
• Conducting daily reviews on resource requirements, absenteeism, wastage, safety norms, and GMP adherence on the shop floor.
• Driving process improvement initiatives using tools like Fishbone, Pareto, and DMAIC to address gaps and enhance productivity.
• Overseeing equipment reliability, TPM implementation (leading AM Pillar), and partnering with Maintenance & Reliability for spares and projects.
• Building team capabilities through hiring, training, employee engagement, and fostering a diverse, empowered work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, GEHSMS standards, and quality systems to maintain product integrity and resolve market complaints.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• A BE degree in a relevant engineering discipline, preferably with 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, ERP/SAP systems, problem-solving methodologies (Fishbone, Pareto, DMAIC), and TPM principles.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, analytical prowess, and a results-driven mindset with high energy levels.
