As Manager, Medical Affairs at Gilead Sciences in Foster City, California, you will play a pivotal role in the global launch of a pipeline asset, bictegravir/lenacapavir, for HIV treatment. This full-time position within the Global Medical Affairs team focuses on creating person-centric educational content and supporting key deliverables pre- and post-launch. Reporting to the Director, you will collaborate with Global and US Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Global Strategic Marketing, and other cross-functional partners. Based at Gilead's headquarters, this role offers the chance to contribute directly to advancing HIV care, leveraging your expertise in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
