Role Overview

  • Manage a blended team of Cardinal Health and Genpact professionals responsible for GPO Admin Fees and rebates setup, P&L accruals, SAP Vistex configurations, and ad hoc reporting for stakeholders.
  • Oversee the month-end accounting close process, ensuring rebates are accounted for under core GAAP principles.
  • Conduct first-level reviews and approvals for non-standard rebate structures, maintaining robust audit documentation and securing necessary approvals.
  • Monitor key CSLs and KPIs for rebate accuracy and timeliness, partnering cross-functionally to resolve root causes of discrepancies.
  • Strengthen SOX internal controls, develop SOPs, and lead projects for process optimization and Vistex go-live.
  • Develop future system enhancements and assist with complex customer transactions and escalations.
  • Collaborate with business partners across Sales, Legal, Finance, Pricing, Accounting, and Contracting to enhance transaction accounting and customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
