Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Lead global network engineering teams, managing full-time employees and third-party vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality service across Datadog offices worldwide.
• Oversee design, deployment, and scaling of office network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi and edge devices from Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper.
• Define and implement standards, policies, and processes ensuring network security, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with IT Security, Enterprise Technology, and Workplace teams to align services with business objectives.
• Develop and track metrics for service availability, network performance, driving continuous improvement.
• Manage large-scale office technology projects supporting 7,000+ employees across 10+ global offices.
• Ensure high-performance Wi-Fi and internet access meets Datadog's strict service level objectives (SLOs).
• Negotiate and oversee third-party network service providers for optimal cost and performance.
• Drive network optimization using Datadog observability tools for real-time monitoring and alerting.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Networking Manager at Datadog, you need proven leadership in global network engineering. Key qualifications include:
