Role Overview

As Manager, Product Design (Hybrid) in Arlington, Virginia, you'll lead a team of talented designers in crafting exceptional user experiences for the Falcon platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring design excellence while building cross-disciplinary partnerships with product managers and engineering teams. You'll support team capacity planning, wellness, and growth, evolve practices to amplify impact, and collaborate across product groups to advance CrowdStrike's design practice. In our global Product Design team, design owns the full user experience—from conception to rollout—driving innovation in large-scale distributed systems for cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you'll inspire your distributed team to deliver world-class interfaces amid processing trillions of security events daily. Key duties include:

• Partnering with peers in design, engineering, and product to prioritize roadmaps, triage tasks, and manage allocations.
• Communicating design objectives and principles across teams.
• Mentoring designers inside and outside your squad to boost accountability, craft, and careers.
• Optimizing processes for strategic influence, seamless handoffs, and collaboration.
• Fostering excellence via consistent reviews, feedback, and cohesive development.
• Gaining expertise in all CrowdStrike products to spot collaboration opportunities.

Excel in end-to-end workflows, guiding designers from ideation to launch in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong leadership with designers, PM/Eng partners, and managers; servant leadership style.
• Excellent written/verbal communication.
• Hands-on B2B SaaS design experience in enterprise settings.
• Flexibility to context-switch across people and projects.
• Self-driven, growth-oriented mindset, open to feedback, data-driven.
• At least 3 years people management.
• Outstanding portfolio.
• Hybrid work: 2+ days/week in Arlington VA, Austin TX, or New York NY.
