We're seeking a Manager, Retail & Delivery - Dallas Service Center to lead our Dallas and Frisco, Texas locations. Starting at our temporary Dallas site (2512 Hawes, Dallas, TX 75235), you'll relocate to the permanent Frisco Service Center (15691 FM 423, Suite 100, Frisco, TX 75033) in June 2026. This role owns the full customer journey—from sales to delivery—driving performance, team motivation, and unforgettable experiences. Key Responsibilities at Rivian

As a key leader in Rivian's field organization, you'll scale operations with precision. Here's what you'll do daily:

  • Ensure best-in-class customer experiences that are authentic, engaging, educational, and true to Rivian's core values.
  • Drive sales performance and execute initiatives to hit revenue targets and grow market share in Dallas and Frisco.
  • Own and track KPIs across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics, fostering team investment in company goals.
  • Manage flawless vehicle delivery: preparation, paperwork, logistics, and handoff.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize operations, cut expenses, and refine processes via data insights.
  • Optimize staffing models, schedules, and shifts for peak efficiency and customer delight.
  • Plan local activations and events to boost brand awareness, leads, demand, retention, and conversions.
  • Oversee financial plans including revenue, payroll, and P&L; enforce compliance and document accuracy.
  • Lead by example, motivating teams and tackling challenges with flexibility.
