Key Responsibilities at Rivian

As Sales and Delivery Manager, you'll spearhead operations ensuring every interaction embodies Rivian's adventurous spirit. Key duties include:

• Delivering best-in-class customer experiences that are authentic, engaging, educational, and aligned with core values.
• Driving sales performance through strategic initiatives to hit revenue targets and expand market share.
• Owning and tracking KPIs across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics for team and location success.
• Managing flawless vehicle delivery, from preparation and logistics to final handoff and paperwork.
• Partnering with Service and Vehicle Operations to optimize processes, reduce expenses, and boost efficiency.
• Designing optimal staffing models and schedules to match demand and elevate customer service.
• Executing local activations and events for brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement.
• Managing P&L, payroll, and financial plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and document accuracy.
• Leading by example to motivate teams, foster culture, and drive measurable results.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years field sales experience, including 2+ years in leadership, ideally multi-unit.
• Background in retail, sales, hospitality, or direct-to-consumer/commission-based models.
• Deep EV industry knowledge: market dynamics, customer needs, regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in P&L, POS, CRM software; HR skills in recruiting, onboarding, payroll, performance management.
• Flexible schedule: nights, weekends, holidays; valid driver's license; comfortable with high-performance vehicles and demo drives.
