Join CrowdStrike's Tokyo team as the Manager, Sales Development (SDR Manager), a pivotal leadership role in our Japan operations. This hybrid-remote position requires in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays, blending collaboration with flexibility. You'll lead a team of 6-8 Enterprise Sales Development Representatives, building and scaling top-of-funnel pipelines for key enterprise segments. Drive outbound strategies, optimize performance through data-driven insights, and cultivate a high-accountability culture focused on growth and innovation.
