Role Overview

Join CrowdStrike's Tokyo team as the Manager, Sales Development (SDR Manager), a pivotal leadership role in our Japan operations. This hybrid-remote position requires in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays, blending collaboration with flexibility. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are met and pipelines are robust.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Sales Managers on territory development and opportunity creation.
  • Work closely with Channel Account Managers to leverage partners and expand business reach.
  • Optimize operations using Salesforce and BI tools like DOMO for reporting and insights.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership, overseas managers, and other teams.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent for scaling the team.

  • Minimum 2 years of closing experience in a technology company.
  • At least 2 years of frontline sales management leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce reporting and BI tools such as DOMO.
  • Demonstrated track record of building No.1 performing teams in competitive markets.
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and department-wide operational improvements.
  • Excellent time management, communication skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth environments.
  • Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape; SaaS or security experience preferred.
