As Sales Development Manager, you'll build and coach a team of Account Development Representatives (ADRs) who become our future Account Executives. Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years prospecting and closing as individual contributor
  • 2+ years managing sales teams with hiring/promotion track record
  • Enterprise software experience with complex, technical sales cycles
  • Top performer with President's Club or equivalent recognition
  • Sales methodology experience (MEDDIC preferred)
  • Exceptional communication across all levels including C-suite
  • Bonus: Open source software sales and database technology familiarity

Salesforce.com experience and knowledge of database/web server technologies highly valued.

Salary & Benefits
