As Manager, Sales Engineering AI Security UKI (Remote, GBR), you will lead a pioneering team of Sales Engineers specializing in the rapidly evolving field of AI security. This second-line management role demands significant cybersecurity expertise and hands-on experience managing technical field sales teams. Your team will educate partners and customers on CrowdStrike's AIDR platform, demonstrating how it integrates with AI technologies to mitigate risks like prompt injection and data poisoning. To excel, candidates need 7+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise software, or technical sales engineering, with a demonstrable passion for AI and LLMs. Essential knowledge includes AI foundation models, training methods, fine-tuning, RAG architectures, agents, and tool usage. Deep cybersecurity expertise covers prompt injection, PII leakage, data/model poisoning, tampering, extraction, supply chain risks, and mitigation best practices. Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS frameworks is crucial. Proven management of technical sales teams, relationship-building, and the ability to thrive in a remote-first, collaborative global environment are must-haves.
