  • Provide guidance on company policies, recommend changes, and establish procedures impacting your organization.
  • Update and deliver regional training to sales staff and develop technical training for partners on Falcon-related products.
  • Handle pre-sales technical support for customers, answering questions and resolving issues swiftly.
  • Follow up with Sales Account Managers on calls, providing critical feedback to close deals.
  • Ensure team members receive adequate technical training on all products.
  • Work with sales management to maximize efficient use of technical resources.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive in this role, you need proven expertise and leadership:

  • Line management experience, including managing remote teams.
  • Pre-sales technical experience in IT security, with excellent knowledge of networking, security solutions, hacking tools, exploitation methodologies, malware families, and evasion techniques like Anti-Virus/IDS/IPS bypass.
  • Understanding of market trends affecting IT and business.
  • Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and customer-focus skills.
  • Experience working with channel partners.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or CEH are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to engage senior executives.
  • Strong leadership to prioritize, execute methodically, and manage stakeholder expectations.
