As Manager, Sales Engineering NG Identity (Remote, West Coast), you'll lead a dynamic pre-sales engineering team supporting sales in the Americas. Specializing in Next Generation Identity Security, you'll prevent identity compromise and exploitation. Leverage your IAM, SaaS, Privileged Access Security, MFA, and Identity Security expertise to drive technical relationships through sales cycles. This role impacts global expansion of CrowdStrike Falcon's identity solutions, involving go-to-market strategies, new use cases, integrations, and partnerships. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with up to 40% travel, supporting Western US and Asia Pacific regions.
Coach, mentor, and enhance Sales Engineers' skills to meet evolving sales needs. Ensure technical coverage for assigned accounts, quarterbacking complex workstreams with internal and external experts for PoC execution and blocker resolution.
Partner with Account Executives as the technical face of Next Gen Identity Security. Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to C-level executives, translating technical capabilities into business impact. Provide sales training on Falcon technology and competitive positioning.
Act as Trusted Advisor, guiding prospects through discovery, workshops, architecture design, and proofs-of-concept. Collaborate on deal strategies, explore innovations, and expand market share worldwide.
Require 5+ years as Sales Engineer or Solution Architect in IAM/Identity Security, plus 2+ years managing technical teams—remote experience highly desirable. Reside in Western United States with English fluency and travel willingness up to 40% domestically/internationally.
Speak expertly on identity in the attack kill chain, attacker tactics, SaaS/Cloud platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft 365), and security (network, endpoint, threat detection). Strong IAM principles, enterprise architectures, systems, networking, and web platforms knowledge. Proven in end-to-end enterprise sales cycles.
Comfortable presenting to large audiences remotely/in-person. Collaborate with sales, provide executive-level content, and experiment with technologies to showcase Falcon's unique value.
Powershell, Python, APIs; cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure); CrowdStrike Falcon administration; MFA hands-on experience.
