• Oversee IT Controls, SOX compliance, and resolution of audit findings in SCE areas.

• Own solutions for incidents, defects, enhancements, and new builds in SCE domains.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure critical SCE processes are monitored, alerted, and automated to prevent recurrent incidents.
• Support Vertex 6.0 Tax Software and third-party applications for the pharmaceutical segment.
• Drive KPI and BPM metrics for current and future Pharma SAP business units.
• Enforce solution discovery, documentation, hypercare, and build-to-run transitions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 12+ years of experience in SAP Build/Run activities, with full-cycle SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
