Oversee end-to-end cross-functional projects, partnering with supply chain and commercial leaders for integrated solutions. Educate stakeholders on KPIs and their interdependencies, while driving Agile best practices enterprise-wide. Mitigate risks, ensure fiduciary oversight, and monitor ROI to deliver scalable business value.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates should bring 8+ years of experience, preferably in supply chain product management. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred, with a Master’s degree highly valued. Proven leadership in cross-functional teams managing complex initiatives is essential, alongside strong talent development skills.

Advanced communication, stakeholder management, risk assessment, financial oversight, and ROI analysis expertise are required.
