Job Description

Key Responsibilities

promotion and positioning of approved products, solutions, and services in target markets;

support of clients and stakeholders regarding the application of solutions: consulting on the product portfolio, participation in planning and preparation of exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and professional events;

identification and realization of market potential, development and maintenance of the partner ecosystem, analysis of partner activities and market environment, preparation of proposals for business and portfolio development;

coordination of processes related to the deployment and application of products, solutions, and services based on market analysis, monitoring of offerings, preliminary project assessments, and other relevant factors;

development and implementation of client engagement and account development plans;

preparation of commercial proposals and processing of standard transactions using corporate software tools;

participation in business negotiations and coordination of cooperation terms with clients and partners in collaboration with department and division management, as well as preparation and maintenance of required documentation.

experience working with electrical engineering products (industrial automation systems, DCS, drives, instrumentation and control) in roles involving market and customer interaction (1–3 years);

understanding of customer business processes, product value chains, business strategies, and the ability to identify additional development opportunities for Siemens;

knowledge of methodologies for developing and executing customer business development plans;

expert-level understanding of the industrial automation and drives market;

knowledge of Siemens products, solutions, and services, with the ability to perform comparative analysis against competing offerings;

knowledge of business communication principles, methodologies for building and developing long-term relationships with clients and business partners, and negotiation skills;

advanced PC skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), as well as presentation and office equipment;

mobility and willingness to travel, including international assignments;

initiative, strong analytical skills, and results-oriented mindset;

strategic thinking, strong communication skills, customer orientation, and decision-making ability.
