Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to congress materials, scientific summaries, slide decks, and communication assets.
• Lead day-to-day project management for real-world data projects, investigator-sponsored research, and major initiatives.
• Build project plans, facilitate cross-functional meetings, track milestones, and escalate issues proactively.
• Maintain alignment across Medical Affairs, field teams (MSLs, RMEs), and partners like Global MA, RWE, HEOR, Clinical Development, and Commercial.
• Develop operational systems, dashboards, trackers, and workflows for transparency and progress tracking.
• Coordinate logistics for advisory boards, investigator meetings, and scientific symposia.
• Synthesize external insights from KOLs, investigators, and field teams to shape strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in medical affairs, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or related operational roles.
