Your mission will be… 
  • Planning of manual and semi-automated manufacturing Production Lines in a new production area according to electromagnetic discharge production norms
  • In coordination with management, implement the strategic vision, Code creation, roadmaps, and BOMs of the products, planning, coordinating, and controlling the activities related to Process/Product management, aligning them with the company's objectives and market needs.
  • Ensuring quality and traceability during the PCBA assembly as well as in electronic production
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes through continuous improvement initiatives and KPI tracking, based on production data
  • Analysis and systematic resolution of manufacturing issues, including initiating and tracking corrective actions 
  • Technical support to define requirements for quality control and incoming inspection together with QM
  • Ensure compliance of the manufacturing lines with safety regulations and quality standards through proper documentation and regular system audits.
  • Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers and management while participating and planning of technical reviews

We are looking for someone with… 
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electric Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in planning of assembly lines in electronic production and electromagnetic supplier management (min. 2 years of experience)
  • Strong personal organization skills and autonomous management of projects;
  • Hands-on approach, initiative and analytical spirit;
  • Ability to relate to others, work in teams and individually;
  • Time management and prioritization skills, organizational skills and methodological rigor;
  • Good English written and verbal skills are mandatory, Portuguese skills will be highly valued
  • Availability for traveling abroad.
