Role Overview

The Manufacturing Internship at Cardinal Health in Rayong, Thailand, is a premier 10-12 week summer program starting May or June 2026. Designed for undergraduate students entering their senior year, this full-time role (40 hours/week) offers real-world exposure to manufacturing excellence in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Intern, you will contribute directly to operational success through diverse, hands-on tasks:

• Identify, analyze, and implement new or improved technologies and processes to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Develop, optimize, measure, and maintain performance metrics and productivity standards.
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on safety, process improvement, quality assurance, capacity balance, workflow optimization, planning, and logistics.
• Engage in Lean Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and drive continuous improvement.
• Handle additional duties as assigned, fostering adaptability and initiative.

Qualifications & Requirements

To qualify for this competitive internship, candidates should align with these criteria:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Accumulative GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Thai (native Thai speaker).
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills through academics or experience.
• Participation in extracurricular activities, community organizations, or professional associations.
• Must be based at the Cardinal Health Rayong Manufacturing site, working 5 days a week—no remote options.
