Role Overview

The Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (EMBARK) is an entry-level professional development initiative designed for recent college graduates eager to launch their careers in the healthcare industry. Starting July 1, 2026, at our Rayong, Thailand gloves manufacturing plant, this 12-month program immerses participants in a highly regulated medical manufacturing environment. Participants will take on a Material & Purchasing Officer I role, reporting to the Purchasing Manager, focusing on planning, procurement, and supervision of raw materials. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll drive critical supply chain functions to support seamless production of healthcare products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring raw material movements and developing systematic materials requirement plans (MRP) to prevent stock-outs and optimize inventory turns.
  • Tracking engineering changes for raw materials and packaging to minimize obsolete inventory.
  • Analyzing actual and forecasted production plans to determine timely material and supply needs.
