The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor - Weekend Shift position in Levis, Quebec, reports to the department manager and plays a pivotal role in factory operations. To succeed, candidates need a High School Diploma (DES) or equivalent, coupled with relevant experience in manufacturing or operations. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial for effective team interactions. Proven experience in coaching and developing team knowledge and competencies is required, alongside excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
