  • Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure the quality and reliability of terminal automation systems.
  • Support change adoption and hypercare activities for new releases and enhancements.
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to support issues that could impact load operations outside of normal business hours.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to terminal operations.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
  • Document and maintain clear and concise documentation of terminal automation systems and processes.
