Marathon Petroleum Company LP (MPC) is seeking motivated and talented interns and co-ops to join our Refining Construction Management team for the Fall 2026 term. As an intern/co-op, you will be an integral team member, participating in various construction management activities and making recommendations that impact project outcomes.

This internship/co-op opportunity is available at multiple locations, including Findlay, Ohio; Anacortes, Washington; Wilmington, California; Canton, Ohio; Catlettsburg, Kentucky; Salt Lake City, Utah; Robinson, Illinois; Detroit, Michigan; and Texas City, Texas. Each location offers a unique experience and the chance to work on different types of projects. These locations provide a blend of urban and suburban living, offering a variety of recreational and cultural activities. MPC has a strong presence in these communities, providing employees with a supportive and welcoming environment.
This internship/co-op program is designed to develop future project managers and construction management professionals. Successful interns/co-ops may have the opportunity to pursue full-time employment with MPC after graduation. The hourly pay for this internship/co-op position ranges from $26.46 to $33.49 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
