  • Promoting MPLX and building relationships in the community.
  • Supporting the area’s crude gathering, natural gas/natural gas liquids gathering, compression, PSM gas plants, and construction projects.
  • Ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
  • Supporting the NG NGL Services HES&S strategy.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and safety performance.
  • Ensuring emergency response preparation.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with federal/state/local agencies.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Personal Safety Professionals.
  • Conducting regular safety audits and inspections.
  • Investigating accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Providing safety training and education to employees and contractors.
  • Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to identify and mitigate safety hazards.
  • Monitoring and analyzing safety performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Staying up-to-date on new safety regulations and technologies.
