   You must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 7 years of refinery operations experience including 1 year experience as an Operation TAR/Outage Coordinator, Planner or Supervisor in a refinery OR a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 4 years of refinery operation experience.

   Previous operations turnaround planning and execution experience, experience with P6 and Microsoft Project, and previous supervisory experience are preferred.

   The available schedules for the position could be 4/10 - Monday- Thursday, 9/80 or 5/40, after hours calls are required several times a week (typically the concerns can be handled over the phone) and support of TAR/Outage several times a year. Core Base Hours are: 6 AM - 3:30 PM must work additional hours based on business needs.
