Key Responsibilities

Channel Configuration and Launch

Set up journeys across email, mobile notifications, text messaging, and other owned channels. Ensure all inputs like audiences, templates, links, and legal content are complete and functional before launch.

Monitoring and Optimization

Monitor live journeys in real-time, troubleshoot operational issues, and make adjustments to ensure smooth performance. Implement accurate targeting, entry criteria, frequency controls, and tracking parameters for reliable reporting.

Collaboration and Insights

Partner with Performance and Insights Analysts to align on outcomes and share platform observations. Identify repeatable logic, propose modular structures, and document best practices for scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
