  • Manage all internal and external relationships to support plan creation and execution.
  • Support AOP cycle scope gathering to maintain baselines and identify productivity/in-housing opportunities.
  • Execute stakeholder alignment programs, co-creating new processes, tech solutions, and integrated content ecosystems.
  • Partner with Creative Excellence, Global Capability Leads, and IB teams to build detailed plans, ensuring alignment with PEP transformation and Creative Solutions frameworks.
  • Drive seamless engagement of transition resources, monitor AOP targets, and address derailers proactively.
  • Post-go-live, monitor service quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and governance adherence while fostering continuous improvements.

External Focus

Maintain an external mindset by tracking consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic factors influencing GCC and IB business strategies.

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with content development expertise mandatory.
  • Excellent relationship, communication, and influencing skills for senior-level interactions.
