• In your new role at Siemens, you will guide our internal customers on their journey to becoming a “Data and AI-driven Company.”
• As a consultant, you advise customers throughout the entire data lifecycle.
• From strategic data utilization to concrete approaches in data management – you understand potential challenges and bring proven solutions to the table.
• When specialized expertise is required, for example in data migration or developing a data quality concept, you provide initial know-how and then involve the appropriate colleagues to implement the solution.
• During projects, you gain an overview of customer requirements and needs. You identify potential opportunities for customer development for the team, ensuring our customers achieve their goals.
• You share your knowledge within the team and pursue continuous self-development.

Your profile – solid and ready for the future

• You hold a degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, business administration, or a related field.
• You have professional experience in consulting and (agile) project management.
• You possess relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas: data strategy, data transformation, data architecture, data modeling, data quality management, or data governance.
• Expertise in modern data management concepts such as Data Mesh (Data Products, Data Governance, Data Domains).
• Expertise in market-standard data management technologies (MS SQL Server, MySQL), cloud-based solutions (AWS, Snowflake), and data engineering environments (e.g., KNIME, Collibra, dbt, etc.) is expected.
• Personally, you are characterized by an innovative, analytical, and creative working style.
• You can prepare complex topics in a target group-oriented, understandable, and appealing manner and act confidently in interdisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English skills, written and spoken, complete your profile.
