Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Develop and execute best-in-class communication and change management strategies driving awareness, education, and adoption of MongoDB's Marketing Operations initiatives
• Own Marketing Operations communication channels, delivering timely updates and promoting organization-wide awareness
• Track, analyze, and report adoption metrics, identifying continuous improvement opportunities
• Establish stakeholder feedback cycles to collect, categorize, and prioritize needs and gaps
• Ensure intake requests align with strategic objectives and communicate clearly to stakeholders

• Highly organized managing multiple projects in dynamic environments
• Demonstrated change management leadership including adoption and training programs
• Proactive problem-solving building trust across MongoDB teams
• Passion for scalable processes and operational excellence in tech marketing
• Based in Dublin for hybrid model

Experience with MongoDB, NoSQL databases, or cloud platforms highly valued.
