As a Marketing Packaging Process Specialist with German at PepsiCo in Kraków, you will take ownership of the end-to-end management of packaging adaptations specifically for the German market. • Drive continuous improvement in artwork processes and act as the key stakeholder communicator.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you need:

• 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in packaging design, account, or project management.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design, packaging, print processes, and technologies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in German and English (mandatory).
• Ability to handle multiple projects, work in dynamic environments, and deliver with accuracy under tight deadlines.
