Role Overview

Reporting to the General Manager of the Middle East Region, this full-time position is based in our Dubai Healthcare City office (with flexibility for Riyadh). Key Responsibilities

Your impact will span market intelligence, campaign support, and tender management:

• Conduct comprehensive market assessments using TAM/SAM/SOM, PESTEL, and SWOT analyses to identify growth opportunities, customer segments, threats, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams on campaign planning, execution, and product demonstrations at workshops, events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare customer-facing commercial proposals with product positioning, value propositions, and compliant documentation.
• Manage social media platforms, monitor digital performance (SEO, PPC, email, social), and analyze campaign data, customer behavior, and sales trends using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
