YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT
Lead the bar. Own the vibe. Elevate every pour. Reporting to the Beverage & Food Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind the Perception Bar experience.
- Command the bar scene – Oversee daily bar operations with flair, precision, and a dash of attitude.
- Lead & inspire – Guide a team of bartenders to deliver cocktails that wow and service that shines.
- Craft iconic moments – Curate signature drinks and ensure every pour meets W’s luxury standards.
- Keep it fresh – Manage garnishes, glassware, and stock so the bar is always ready for its close-up.
- Own the numbers – Handle payments, balance the bank, and keep reports tight and accurate.
- Secure the goods – Lock down liquor, wine, and all bar assets like a pro.
- Stay sleek & safe – Uphold safety, security, and style standards—because looking sharp is part of the job.
- Be the vibe curator – Anticipate guest needs showing our Whatever Whenever service, deliver service with personality, and make every interaction unforgettable.
