POSITION SUMMARY
Cabana Butler
Provide world class butler service in a fun, relaxing yet refined atmosphere for guests using the luxury beach cabanas. Provide detailed information and make reservations for all of the hotels recreation facilities, activities, spa treatments, shopping, and food/beverage outlets. Serve Food and Beverage items as requested by guest. Promote and provide extensive knowledge about the Cayman Islands, local restaurants, land/water activities, and local attractions etc.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience required as a Butler/ Food and Beverage Sever or Pool attendant in a luxury hotel
· Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
· Excellent customer service experience, outgoing personality.
· Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
· Positive outlook and outgoing personality
· Excellent communications in English
· Experience in using a hotels operating systems (micros, opera)
· Ability to work in a hot Caribbean climate
· Strong team player
