Position Summary

As an Events Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for banquets, conferences, weddings, and special events. Responsible for managing your section during event preparation and service, you will ensure consistent food quality, flawless presentation, and timely execution while working closely with the wider kitchen and events teams to exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a designated section for events, banquets, and functions
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with event menus and specifications
• Ensure all mise en place is completed accurately and on schedule for events
• Support large-scale service while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
• Supervise, train, and guide commis chefs and kitchen assistants
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and correct food storage procedures
• Collaborate with senior chefs and events teams to ensure seamless execution of all functions
• Qualifications:
• Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering Certificate
• Food Allergy and Intolerance Training Certificate
