Job Description

Position Summary
As a key member of the EMEA Communications team, the Communications Manager – Internal & Owner Communications will play a pivotal role in shaping our Owner Communications strategy and supporting broader internal communications across the region. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, timely, and effective communications that align with Marriott International’s priorities and values.

Based in London, this position operates in a dynamic, hybrid environment and offers an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team, bring creative ideas, drive engagement, and make a real impact within our Communications department.

 

Scope

  • Location: London (Hybrid)
  • Language Requirements: Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within EMEA, participate in training, and host/attend evening events

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Owner Communications strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Support internal communications initiatives across EMEA, ensuring consistency and engagement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely and impactful messaging
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively
  • Utilize platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and intranet systems for content delivery
  • Contribute creative ideas and storytelling approaches to enhance communication impact

 

Candidate Profile
Experience

  • Prior experience in internal communications, PR, marketing, or corporate communications
  • Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing demands
  • Tangible communications experience with measurable impact
