As an Area Sales Coordinator, you will support the sales team by managing leads, proposals, and group bookings while ensuring seamless communication between clients and hotel operations.




Responsibilities


What You’ll Do

  • Provide valuable support for the sales team through routing sales leads, drafting group proposals, and managing group bookings.
  • Build relationships with key contacts to fully understand their needs and proactively communicate all details to the hotel’s operation team.
  • Assist in making sales blitzes, sales events, and site visits successful.

  • Ability to build relationships with your peers and clients.
  • Impeccable time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior sales or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
