• You will manage your own clients and projects.

• You handle contracts and negotiations with clients with ease.
• You enjoy meeting client requests and finding creative solutions.
• You love being around people, maintaining contacts, and engaging with the cultural diversity of our clients, associations, and communities.
• You have an eye for detail to impress clients.

What makes you stand out?

You are confident, can set priorities, and present yourself well to clients. Multitasking isn’t for everyone, but coordinating overlapping projects, working across departments, and sharing information comes naturally to you. You already bring experience as an Event Manager or a similar position in the hotel industry with you. You are fluent in German and English.

We offer a full-time monthly salary of EUR 2,263 gross according to pay group 3 of the collective agreement for the hospitality industry in Vienna. Willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications is possible.
