The London EDITION is looking for its next Executive Assistant!
We are looking for a sophisticated and proactive Executive Assistant to join the team at The London EDITION.
This pivotal role requires a highly proactive approach, anticipating the needs of the General Manager and Hotel Manager, and taking initiative in all tasks.
In this role you will:
- Act as a representative of the General Manager and Hotel Manager, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
- Manage the General Manager's email inbox and diary.
- Liaise with relevant hotel departments to ensure VIP guests experience a seamless stay.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the General Manager and Hotel Manager, including the preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
- Provide support to heads of departments when needed.
Our most successful Executive Assistant is someone who:
- Has previous experience in an executive assistant role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Maintains excellent and sophisticated communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, managing schedules, meetings, and documentation with precision.
- Has the ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrates a highly proactive attitude.
- Shows flexibility in adapting to the dynamic environment of the hotel, ready to assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Exhibits a hospitable personality, ensuring an approachable and welcoming demeanour at all times.
- Possesses strong problem-solving abilities, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
- Exercises discretion and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
