What sets the M Club Team apart?

We are a newly formed team consisting of F&B and Front Office. We take care of our most important and loyal guests with heart and passion. We are proud to be the employees on the highest floor of the entire hotel.

What will you do?

• You will be doing check-ins and check outs at the Front Desk
• You will be serving up to 150 guests daily in our M Club Lounge.
• You will be ensuring the well-being of our guests.
• You will be engaging in small talk and make recommendations.

What makes you stand out?

You manage challenging situations during peak times with composure, always keeping a clear overview of the M Club Lounge. A strong sense of responsibility, a sharp eye for detail, and an independent way of working distinguish your professional approach. You are fluent in german and English.

We offer a full-time monthly salary of EUR 2,263 gross according to pay group 3 of the collective agreement for the hospitality industry in Vienna.
