Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders, offer thoughtful recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate service with impeccable presentation standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimise waste.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, including polishing cutlery and tableware.
  • Manage reservations and guest bookings efficiently.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams for smooth service flow.
  • Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

About You

  • Current Victorian RSA.
  • Previous experience in a similar premium dining role.
  • Basic wine knowledge (WSET or similar is a plus).
  • Ability to prepare classic cocktails.
  • Availability for evening and late dinner service.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Proficient in English, confident in engaging guests with compelling storytelling.
  • Passionate about hospitality and committed to career growth.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, solutions-focused, and equipped with a can-do attitude.
