Position Summary
The Manager of Food & Beverage Business Development supports the development projects for food and beverage, taking care of any partnership deals and supporting solutions that drive incremental revenue.
Scope
Identifying reputable restaurant brands and celebrity chefs to grow Marriott’s global restaurant and bar partnership portfolio. A big part of this is the sourcing and management of third-party restaurant brand and operator relationships to support Marriott’s overall Food & Beverage strategy and add value and brand recognition to hotels across the Europe, Middle East & Africa region. The role is primarily focusing on managed properties, however, also to focus on franchise properties to add support and to grow F&B revenues to enable the department to utilize the funds to add resources.
