Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, HHM Hotels. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Join the newly renovated Courtyard Philadelphia Downtown as its next General Manager, leading a refreshed and energized property in the center of Philadelphia. Guide daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure the hotel consistently exceeds guest expectations and financial goals.

Guest Experience
Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the implementation of service standards, personalized experiences, and swift resolution of any issues.

Financial Performance
Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals.
Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.

Operational Excellence
Maintain a seamless and efficient operation by overseeing all aspects of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety standards.

Employee Development
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, empowering team members to excel in their roles and advance within the organization.

Your Background and Skills

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
Previous hotel General Manager experience required. 
Marriott experience is strongly preferred.
Full service hotel experience is strongly preferred.
