As a Guest Experience Agent you will be:

• Responding to internal and external phone calls, emails and messages quickly and efficiently
• Managing guest requests, arrangements and queries 
• Greeting guests and anticipating their needs throughout the stay 
• Delivering a seamless check in and check out procedure
• Reporting and record keeping

Our most successful Guest Experience Agent is someone who :

• Is a clear communicator 
• Is organised and detail oriented 
• Has flexibility to work a variety of different shifts
• Has previous experience in a similar hospitality environment
• Has a passion for delivering enchanting and memorable service
