Club Attendant:

  • Provide exceptional service in the Club Lounge by assisting with food and beverage offerings to create a refined guest experience
  • Stay informed of daily hotel updates and guest preferences, ensuring timely and personalised service delivery
  • Maintain the Club Lounge’s immaculate presentation and cleanliness, reflecting our commitment to excellence at all times
  • Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs with genuine care, creating wow moments that leave a lasting impression and elevate every guest experience
  • Support the broader Food & Beverage team with operational tasks to ensure seamless service flow
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with guests through thoughtful, engaging service that encourages loyalty and future visits

About You: 

  • An up-to-date RSA is mandatory
  • Relevant experience in a similar role 
  • Working rights in Australia
