Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, custodial services, or a related leadership role (experience)
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and housekeeping best practices (experience)
- Previous hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience is strongly preferred (experience)
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team (experience)
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results (experience)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as business needs require (experience)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, training, and supporting staff
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and maintained according to established standards
- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and brand protocols
- Manage housekeeping inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Foster a positive work environment by mentoring staff, promoting teamwork, and modeling hospitality excellence
