To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor (m/f/d) in full-time at the earliest opportunity.

• Responsibility for the cleanliness and order of our guest rooms, floors, public areas of the hotel, and outdoor spaces
• Inspecting rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure compliance with our high-quality standards
• Supporting the housekeeping management in the administration of daily activities
• Coordinating tasks and planning room cleaning schedules
• Acting as a liaison to coordinate the work of housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and laundry
• Documenting and resolving issues with discrepancies in rooms in collaboration with the front desk
• Preparing, distributing, and communicating changes in room occupancy
• Providing information about available rooms ready for guests
• Several years of experience in housekeeping
• Ideally, experience with Opera
• A keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of and experience with cleaning products
• A high level of commitment, teamwork, and a strong service mindset
• A friendly and approachable manner
• Good knowledge of German and English
